Chris Tamm
MANAGING PARTNER, FOUNDER
Chris Tamm is the founder and CEO of Ownership Mortgage and Ownership Insurance, and the founder and managing partner of Cast Services, an incubator and AI/automation firm. With 25 years of experience in executive, founding, and board member roles, Chris has a strong background in real estate, having grown a real estate team that sold 400+ homes per year and founded Firepoint Solutions, a residential real estate CRM. As an INTJ/DC and a life-long learner, Chris values understanding individual drivers and implementing aggressive improvements in stated objectives. He believes in fast action, transparency, and holding people accountable, while embracing AI and automation to enhance human capabilities. When not working, Chris enjoys bouldering, strategy conversations, learning about technology and leadership, and spending time with his family.
Stacy McElhany-Rodgers
MANAGING PARTNER
Stacy is a people-focused Change Management, Integration, and Cultural Transformation expert with over 20 years of experience in diverse B2B and B2C enterprises, including real estate consulting and retail businesses. Leveraging her core strengths of curiosity, authenticity, compassion, and enthusiasm, she leads teams in leadership development, talent recruitment, and employee engagement. As an entrepreneur, Vistage peer board member, and lifelong learner, Stacy is committed to creating equitable, high-functioning cultures and fostering tightly knit teams that achieve personal and company goals. Her intuitive and inquisitive approach enables her to address critical organizational issues and deliver sustainable, scalable solutions. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in French, Stacy enjoys international travel, fine wine, gourmet cooking, and spending time with her family.
